Excellent service! Easy communication vía WhatsApp. We were a family of 5 and planned to rent a car but were discouraged when looking at the traffic jams! Then we decided for comfort and found this company. We booked our rides the day before, they brought us from Cancun hotel zone to Playa del Carmen, from Cancun ADO stop to a hotel in the downtown and from that hotel to the airport. We had always the taxis on time, the drivers were super friendly and helpful one of them checked the car before leaving and noticed that we were forgetting one bag! The prices were very convenient for the service they provide. We recommend them without doubt!
