Excellent service! Easy communication vía WhatsApp. We were a family of 5 and planned to rent a car but were discouraged when looking at the traffic jams! Then we decided for comfort and found this company. We booked our rides the day before, they brought us from Cancun hotel zone to Playa del Carmen, from Cancun ADO stop to a hotel in the downtown and from that hotel to the airport. We had always the taxis on time, the drivers were super friendly and helpful one of them checked the car before leaving and noticed that we were forgetting one bag! In this place you should keep in mind that, although it is family friendly and it is allowed to come with children, we do not recommend that way, not for anything bad or negative but for the fact that there are no services or areas dedicated or created exclusively for them so they can be a little bored or with nothing to do if you do not create plans with them in the general areas.

Mentioning the general areas we must say that these are parking, internet, outdoor swimming pool, room service, twenty-four hour reception, a bar and daily cleaning services.
