Excellent service! Easy communication vía WhatsApp. We were a family of 5 and planned to rent a car but were discouraged when looking at the traffic jams! Then we decided for comfort and found this company. We booked our rides the day before, they brought us from Cancun hotel zone to Playa del Carmen, from Cancun ADO stop to a hotel in the downtown and from that hotel to the airport. We had always the taxis on time, the drivers were super friendly and helpful one of them checked the car before leaving and noticed that we were forgetting one bag! The hotel we are about to recommend is a very specific one, it is a five star family hotel that is not all inclusive and is not too big, but don't think this means it doesn't have many services or areas to enjoy, on the contrary, the Kempinski Hotel has the necessary areas, it is just less extravagant than others in the area.

Although, yes, the Kempinski hotel is a place dedicated to the family, as we mentioned before it is not very extravagant so you will not find services or areas that are not fully necessary for the enjoyment of this vacation or this lodging; the areas or services that you will find for the family are the tennis court, babysitters, and extra beds and cribs if necessary.
